Good project is depending on the team & community, if the team is good & the community is bad it turns out bad project & dies half way without fulfilling it's full potential bcos of bad community with fud comments regularly & that scares investors.
If the community is good & the team is bad it turns out to be honey pot & rug pull project that ends also in disaster, fraudulent of the community funds, these are mostly done by scammers developers that makes up a bad team.
In this case what makes a good project, it is the combination of good team & good community (Good Team + Good Community) that brings out the best in a project & make it successful.
What makes a good team in summary, hard working thinkers, clean conscience people that are ready to give there best & all to a project, putting the success of the project @ site b4 thinking of gain & this create the trust the community & investors are in search for.
What make a good community, believers of project despite the obstacles or challenges, the community keep believing bcos the trust has been built by the team out of sacrifice.
With this in mind, sacrifice & trust is the bond between good team & good community that gives birth to a great project & they both enjoy the fruits of sacrifice & trust that results to long time holding by the community & enjoy the great benefits of reward. For a long term project to work, the community must understand that the prices of Tokens fluctuate everyday. And this is ABSOLUTELY NORMAL! Daily transactions such as buying/selling determins these fluctuations.
The same goes for EGON. We understand that selling is unavoidable. However, the community MUST PRACTICE DISCIPLINE in terms of selling. Sure, buying more will help increase value, but other people selling immediately as prices go up won't help and will only hinder us in long term.

People from Bitcoin, such as David Shwartz, did this strategy. Its all about selling at a certain price level. This is what he did:
❗When Bitcoin value reached $50, he sold only 5% of his total holdings, rest he HODL

if you’re familiar with the posts here for sometime, I bet you must have probably read through my previous posts and I’m glad that I can share my opinion with Friends and families (EagleNetwork family) because I believe that we are a family over here as something brings and bonds us together.
🔹 So the question here is, are you DEDICATED? And do you really pay ATTENTION?.
Those two words up above may look simple or randomly neglected because people may not know they are included or even perhaps part of it, and the worst part of anything is when you don’t even know what you are doing.
Regardless of anything, I am sure we’ve got new people joining the project and I urge you all to please “PAY ATTENTION” and stay “DEDICATED” for I presume we (the EAGLENETWORK family) had gotten passed the stage of spoon feeding every single person to move along.
🔹 And for the old members still showing signs of confusion or inactive support, I am writing this article for you all in particular. You all have been with us from time and yet still don’t take time to dedicate and pay attention to development. By now admins should not be reminding you all to read news or follow pinned post, I think we should have passed this stage as an old member and that is really what it should be. EagleNetwork needs to boost forward and lack of DEDICATION AND ATTENTION will way us down.
What ways can we prevent this and help this family (EagleNetwork)
1) READ NEWS FREQUENTLY!!
2) TAKE TIME TO UNDERSTAND
3) ALWAYS BE WILLING TO EMBRACE THE POSITIVE SIDE
