1 : Be sure you take note of your seed ( phrase words ) of your wallet .

2 : Follow Steps :
setting / apps / cryptokara / storage / clear data , clear cache .

3 : Uninstall the app and install latest version .

4 : Open app and click on import wallet then enter your seed phrase.

5 : Go to settings and reset wallet and enter your seed phrase.

Eagle Network miner app have own unique stake function. Stake inside the miner app will hold your mined Eagle and release a certain percentage each month. Maximum emission each month is 10%. This is designed to add more value to your Eagle in the open market. Stake inside the miner app will limit market supply thereby creating good value for EagleToken EAN in the long run. Good value for Eagle means the project is progressive and attract more users. More users mean more growth and benefit for you and the ecosystem.

What Is Redeem?
Redeem is withdrawal from miner app into CryptoKara Wallet. You must stake first before you can redeem. To redeem you copy EAN wallet address from CryptoKara Wallet and paste it in your miner app redeem page. After redeem request please wait for it to be processed. All redeem requests will be sent in bulk during the first week of each month. Make sure to get correct EAN wallet address from CryptoKara. Wrong address mean you lose your redeem.
