Pending Redeem Requests
Withdrawals (redeem) will be sent all before 15/11/21 using a new system created to totally remove wasting of EAN token as about 25% redeem requests are done with wrong details given, eg, some people used email, numbers, etc, instead of EAN wallet address from CryptoKara App. Specific details of this new method will come with subsequent posts. Keyword for this new redeem system is EMT. Wait for it!

Redeem Made Before 25/10/21
Due to mathematical and algorithm conflicts with stake and redeem feedback system only withdrawals requested before 26/10/21 will be sent. This means that miners who made new redeem from 26/10/21 will not be credited. You can redeem again from 15/11/21 after system fix, and it will be sent during November redeem credit timeframe.

23% Wrong Redeem Details
Some miners used wrong details to redeem. You are supposed to copy EAN token address from CryptoKara App and paste it inside miner app redeem page. This means that if you did not see EagleToken before 16/11/21 inside your CryptoKara app that means you used wrong details and you can redeem again from 16/11/21. Please make sure to copy only EAN wallet address from CryptoKara Wallet and paste it inside your miner app redeem page next time.

Redeem Request Pop-ups
As you request for withdrawals (redeem) please read pop ups message on the miner app to understand and know what is happening with your redeem request. There are informations you need to know as you redeem.
Redeems are only sent once a month during first week on each month.

Redeem 10% This November
From 16/11/21 miners can redeem 10% from balance for November month. This will be open from 16/11/21 to 30/11/21. All redeem requests for November will be sent during first week on December.

System Reset
From 10/11/21 to 12/11/21 there will be maintenance to fix and reset stake and redeem system for a better stake and redeem functionality. This reset will fix issues faced in stake and redeem. This might put the redeem section in maintenance so you might not be able to see redeem page. Everything will be all done on or before 12/11/21 so you can stake and redeem.
This reset also means that all pending redeem now are bonus that will not be removed from your balance. This is to reward you all for your patience as we test the withdrawal system and arrive at a solution now. See this first pending redeem as the transfer testing phase as said.

What Is Redeem?
Redeem is to withdraw part of your mined Eagle. You can only redeem from 5% to 10% each month. You copy EAN address from CryptoKara App and paste it inside miner app redeem page. Before you can redeem you need to stake first. Stake will hold your Eagle and enable you to redeem. After you redeem you get credited only during first week of each month. This limit is implemented to help reduce max Eagle supply into the market. Max supply into the market will fall the price of Eagle. We need your support so we all grow and achieve top 10 at CMC!
