Important Update Regarding Egon's Listing Status ( MEXC)

Dear Egon Community,

We have received a notification from the exchange regarding a critical review of our listing due to certain challenges identified over the past months. Here are the key points from the exchange’s feedback:

Low Positions and Liquidity:
The trading experience has been noted as poor due to low liquidity and trading positions. This can give the impression that the project is no longer active or maintained.

Risk of Delisting:
The exchange has placed Egon in the “Assessment Zone” for the next 30 days. If there are no significant improvements in this period, Egon risks being moved to “ST” status and could be delisted three days after that period.

Current Metrics:

Total Holders: We currently have 140 holders who hold at least 5 USDT worth of Egon tokens, which is above the minimum requirement of 100 users.

Total Holding Value: The total value held by users is 16k USDT, which is below the minimum requirement of 50k USDT.

Trading Liquidity: The liquidity is relatively poor, affecting the trading experience.

Community Support
We urge our community to support Egon during this critical period. Increased trading activity and holding can demonstrate the vitality and community support of our project to the exchange

Below are the articulated means to the launch of EGON Exchange.

Funding Requirements
1: How much funding is needed to fully complete the development of the centralized exchange?

Exchange Development Completion -
123k - This amount will enable the completion of the EGON Exchange.

Exchange Audit -
45k
This is the cost of Auditing the exchange

Liquidity Provision -
500k
This amount is for liquidity to enable trading on the EGON Exchange.

EGON USD Collateral -
1m
This amount is to fund the deployment of the new EGON collateralize USD fully backed up with USD 1:1.

3: Are there any additional costs for maintenance, and other purposes?
Answer - Yes, and these things are not fixed cost. These are variables, but it will require about 15k monthly to maintain the new exchange. This means about 90k for 6 months running cost needs to be reserved at launch for smooth operation without looking for funds at the initial time, after this time the exchange will cover it running costs from generated revenue.

Dear EGON Community,

Firstly, we want to express our gratitude to the loyal supporters who have stood by us through thick and thin. It is with a heavy heart that we share this critical update regarding the current state of our project.

Despite our unwavering efforts to deliver on every promise in our roadmap, including massive marketing campaigns, marketing was carried out in four CEX Exchanges including Gate, listings, and presales, the outcomes have fallen short of expectations. Here’s an overview of the challenges we’ve faced:

1️⃣ Community Engagement:
While we had the support of a few dedicated holders, a significant portion of the community sold their holdings during the initial stages, with 99% of presale buyers dumping in the first week. This led to heavy losses in liquidity, making it increasingly difficult to sustain operations.

2️⃣ Exchange Listings:
We invested heavily in securing CEX listings, including Gate, but due to low trading volumes, minimal holders, and lack of community activity, we failed to meet the platforms' requirements. As a result, we faced delisting, causing further financial strain.

3️⃣ Marketing Efforts: Despite numerous campaigns, we couldn’t achieve the necessary traction to trend on social media or attract new participants. This lack of visibility directly impacted the project’s growth.

These factors have put us in a very critical position. The lack of volume and liquidity has made it nearly impossible to sustain listings, let alone secure new ones. Funds have been exhausted, with the core team even contributing personal resources to keep the project alive.

🔑 Moving Forward
The only path ahead is through community-driven support. To revive EGON and rebuild, we need active participation, constructive engagement, and financial contributions to secure liquidity and continue operations. Without this collective effort, moving forward will be extremely challenging.
