At #AYLDC 2025, H.E. Ergogie Tesfaye, Ph.D., Minister of the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs, delivered a powerful keynote speech, reminding us that the future of Africa lies in the hands of its youth.

"Do we truly want to make Africa our world? Do we truly see Africa as our future?"

These questions challenge us to reflect on our role in shaping a united, prosperous, and self-reliant Africa.

A New State of Pan-Africanism
The Minister emphasized the new spirit of Pan-Africanism, calling for:
-> Unity and cultural pride
-> Political activism and environmental awareness
-> Peace, security, and modern integration

Her Excellency reminded us that just as ancient African civilizations worked tirelessly to realize their vision, today's youth must seize this opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and resolve Africa’s challenges together.
