The Assange ruling broken down and explained:
The ruling in the Assange case today is unique.
In that it offers almost no ground to actually appeal on (only 2 grounds were granted out of many).
The court refused to admit new evidence; sanctioned previous errors by the lower court; and also made arguments in favor of a fictional reality in which the actions of the CIA-run U.C. global spying operation were justified "because Assange might have fled to Russia" and "not provably connected to the current extradition case". It also called the death threats by the former head of the CIA "immaterial to the case".
These are egregious mischaracterizations of reality at the High Courts hands. Repetitively sanctioned by the UK.
So while it is good that Julian has the possible right to appeal an extradition put in place by the U.S. appealing his win at court in the first place; it is also a setup for the later loss and inevitable move by the U.S. courts to steal him away.
It also serves to silence Julian yet again; dragging the process out for several more weeks of indefinite detention in Belmarsh prison with no charge; and sets up yet another appeals process that is little more than a thinly vieled excuse not to release him.
The caveat to today's win is that all the U.S. has to do is promise not to sentence him to death, and promise Julian has first amendment rights; and the courts will allow the travesty; no appeal granted.
-
So it is what we call a pyrrhic victory. In other words, a false victory.
It is a sign that the U.S. knows it cannot win the case; and so is determined to use the process itself to punish Assange for as long as is possible.
As long as the process drags on, they neither have to fight him in court and lose; nor let him speak.
This is the real danger for Julian. An endless cycle of legal negotiating meant to kill him slowly over time while he languishes in the harshest UK prison in existence without charge.

Notice:
The U.S. intends to use proxy forces to attack strategic oil transport networks for North Korea.
-----
-----
This is due to the upcoming expiration of a United Nations mandate on weapons development monitoring/ sanction implementation; and the U.S. inability to restrict oil flow into North Korea via economic blockade.
The U.S. fears a mobilized North Korea that is not isolated, and expects that Russia and others will refuse to sign the continuation of their U.N. monitoring program designed to restrict the North Korean economy.
A vote on the mandate was due already, but was postponed because of the orchestrated terror attack in Moscow.

You are, whether you like it or not; the most complex creature in known existence.
The weight of that concept cannot be driven home enough.
You are a marvel of thousands upon thousands of years of DNA splitting and pairing; of collective knowledge grown like a great tree. What you are, to your understanding; has never existed before. The moment you are in, the here and now; matters. Your perspective on that will determine your place in it. Who are you? Who do you see yourself as, and why? Those are fundamentally malleable concepts. They are less defined than you imagine. When you wake up each day, what are you determined to do? With limited time you will be given endless choices. The hardest part will be not being overwhelmed by it all. You don't owe it to anyone to save the world alone; but you do owe it to your existence; marvel of engineering that you are, to be the best you you can be. You are without a doubt the single most complex and brilliant thing in known existence.
Live like it.

You should watch carefully, as arms sales to Israel halt, and it is suddenly isolated. - Babylon is slated to fall. -E
On the heels of the UNSC binding ceasefire resolution, multiple countries have drafted legal framewok to individually suspend weapons exports to Israel and put sanctions in place against it.
As promised back on March 19th here, before any resolution was put forward, Israel is being isolated; global strings are being cut; and weapons shipments will cease.
Babylon is slated to fall, and her puppets with it.

Upon this day, several thousand years ago, it is said that a man known as Jesus of Nazareth rose from death after having been crucified in the Roman tradition, charged with claiming to be the Messiah of the People.
This moment in time; according to tradition, sparked a movement across a globe that nearly led to the collapse of the ruling empire of that era.
In fact, so dangerous was this belief to them and so impossible to stamp out, that the Emperor declared it the official religion of his Country; sooner than be defeated by its popularity. But only after a bloody campaign to destroy it had utterly failed.
There is wisdom in this that is oft' overlooked.
You can defeat your enemies in many ways by force. But to defeat your enemies through your own defeat is an entirely underused concept; and this is what Christ did. And later what the enemies of Christianity did.
Jesus allowed his own death to be the catalyst for the change that would the grip the world.
His followers then, through the choice of peace against the violence directed at them; became the symbol of resistance against the corruption of that era. They chose to be fed to lions, rather than forsake their faiths.
It wasn't an army of violent Christians that threw down Rome, but Rome's own hubris in endlessly persecuting them that led to its downfall.
In officializing the Christian religion, however, Constantine adopted it into the Roman school of use. Christianity became a tool of many, many holy wars, obsessed with its own superiority; and out of the chess move; the Holy Roman Empire was born. This was the moment Christians started gathering in buildings, worshiping crosses; and becoming iconoclastic nationalists. Motifs of Christ in Caesar's war garb became commonplace. And the inversion of a peace-based faith took place.
It is from the seeds of this tree, that most of the faiths you now follow; variant in all their small ways, fell.
You see, when Constantine knew he could not defeat Christianity itself, he instead chose to adopt and control it. To force it to Romanize and paganize by popularizing a state-owned version of it. This ensured both his survival over his political rivals at the time; and took care of the growing issue of unpopular persecutions. Thusly was the Council of Nicaea called; and the official state-based order set down.

-
Today's world is not such a stretch from thousands of years ago. Everywhere you look, the simplest of faiths is inverted, forced to become a tool of hate and war. The very essence of Christ in Christianity is stripped away.
The People do not abhor violence, they praise it in defense of themselves; twisted as people are into seeing enemies of one another. Raised into suspicion, we too often disregard the greatest gift being love and instead live in cults of fear and greed that offer those with less noble goals control over us.
As long as people can be made afraid, as long as they can be forced to fight each other. As long as you can be pushed onto the fields of someone's crusade and someone's Holy War, you are missing the point.
Stop today, and reflect on the lesson of Christ himself. Reflect on the concept of turning your other cheek. Reflect on the concept of temporary defeat on a field of fight offering the strategic win overall. Think back to two thousand years ago; and why that message of love is still so dangerous to a world void of it.

You need to understand what I said many years ago,
'They would sooner light your skies on fire, than let go of power.'

Ambitiously corrupt people are notoriously sore losers.
Thus, the next move is self-explanatory.
Removing a few sore losers from the game board; before they try to tip it over.
