Biden inauguration program times:
- Program starts 11:00 in DC (SA time 18:00)
- Official inauguration latest 13:00, normally 12:00 (SA time latest 20:00, possibly 19:00)
From 11:00 to 13:00 is critical time, and possible even before that. The chances for no internet and broadcastings in the US is a very possible reality. Pres. Trump will make use of his Emergency Alert System if the internet and TV goes down
