🚨 According to the French intelligence services, around 130 prisoners convicted in terrorist cases are granted early release.
💥 More broadly, 8,000 prisoners have been released since the beginning of the quarantine, the aim being to empty the prisons to avoid mutinies. Nearly 15 mutinies have already broken out.
