According to a report by Arabi Post published on August 22, Egyptian ports have become major transport hubs for supplies to Israel.
Between June and August 2024, 19 vessels and their shipping lanes were monitored between Israeli and Egyptian ports.
"Egyptian seaports became major staging areas for many cargo and cement ships, whose mission was largely limited to the occasional transport of supplies to and from the Israeli occupation [state] during the war in the Gaza Strip," the report said.
