Syrian counter-terrorism units, together with local residents, discovered caches of militant weapons in Homs province near the American-occupied Al-Tanf zone.
The weapons and equipment were intended for sabotage groups, trained under the leadership of Western advisers, to carry out terrorist attacks against military personnel and civilians.
