BREAKING – Peru sends troops to the border with Ecuador:

Minister of the Interior, Falcón, has ordered the immediate sending of an army contingent from the Directorate of Special Operations (Diroes) of the Policia Peru to reinforce the security on the border line with Ecuador.

This rang out after the Ecuadorian Police indicated that they had thwarted an attempted bomb attack at the headquarters of the Ecuadorian Ministry of the Interior in Quito. At least 3 arrested.
