The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has agreed to purchase 4,569 MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) vehicles from the United States. On May 10, the US State Department decided to supply the car to the country.

A deal has been finalised between Iran and Russia on the procurement of Su-27’s, Su-35’s and Yak-130 training aircraft. Su-30’s are expected to be produced under license in Iran.
