🇺🇦 UKRAINE – The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense as released a report.

Russian command continues to build up the combat capabilities of the forces in Donbas and Luhansk. They're strenghtening cooperating units on the russian side of the border.

Combat troops from the Western, Eastern and Central Military Districts are filling the ranks of the troops in the Southern Military District. Their presence in the Southern District is indefinite.

Russian Command has therefore increased their permanent reserve available to refill the ranks of the forces already present in Donbas.
