The redeployment to the western border of the Rostov region of the S-300PM1 anti-aircraft missile battalion of the Russian Aerospace Forces, numerous batteries of the Akatsiya and Msta-S self-propelled guns of the Russian Army, as well as motorized rifle and engineering units of the Russian Ground Forces finally strengthened us in the opinion that a upcoming general offensive of the Russian Army becomes more possible.
Russia is now actively supporting the separatist forces in Donbas, - the 1st and 2nd Army Corps with information support provided by aircraft operators strategic radar and optical-electronic reconnaissance Tu-214R and RER Il-20M aircraft, but with for full-fledged artillery support of key fortified areas, against Ukrainian artillery firing positions and mechanized units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the establishment of a no-fly zone over the theater of operations.

A Chinese carrier group is exercising near Taiwan and such drills will become regular, China’s navy said late on Monday in a further escalation of tensions near the island that Beijing claims as its sovereign territory.
China’s statement follows Taiwan’s Defence Ministry reporting a new incursion by China’s air force into the island’s air defence identification zone on Monday.
Taiwan has complained of an increase in Chinese military activity near it in recent months, as China steps up efforts to assert its sovereignty over the democratically run island.

Note that earlier during the exercise, where Bayraktar TB2 were involved, the transponders were always active.
Apparently, preparations are underway for use in the direction of the line of contact.
