Today, ESN staff visited Syrdarya region and observed 3 groups of RPMs.

Our ESN team was happy to travel to different parts of Uzbekistan to visit the cascading sessions taking place in Khorezm region, Bukhara region, Andizhan region and Karakalpakstan.

It is important to highlight that, in addition to attending weekly trainings, ESN participants have the opportunity to be observed by, and receive feedback from ESN coaches. The workshops, observations, and feedback are designed to help ESN participants create more student-centered lessons.
For example, ESN trainer Kendra Staley visited school #10 in Samarkand, Jomboy district. She observed and provided feedback for the RPM, Feruza Azzamova. Enjoy watching the video🍿
