On 27th, Aban 1398, a vocal play of Sophocles' tragedy named "Antigone" was played at the Conference Hall. The audience was supposed to listen to the audio induced with meticulous and real-life sound effects, visualizing the plot in their minds.

Featuring participation of 7 students from different years of entry, the play was directed by Seyed Iman Tofighi and narrated by Elnaz Chenari. It also lasted for about 50 minutes, during which period the Conference Hall was all dark so that the audience could tangibly feel immersed in the auditory details.

a celebration was held in the Faculty of Literature and Foreign Languages venerating the Literature Day. 🎉📚


After being welcomed by the venerable Head of the English Department, Dr. Hamed Habibzade, the students enjoyed the speech presented by Dr. Zahra Taheri on the Importance of literature in our lives.💫

Our gathering proceeded by a competition of Poetry Recitation, Pantomime, and stand-up comedy.
