✴️ انجمن علمی انگلیسی دانشگاه کاشان، برای دومین سال پیاپی، به سکوی جشنواره‌ی بین‌المللی حرکت راه یافت.

⭐️ هجدهمین دوره‌ی جشنواره‌ی بین‌المللی حرکت از ۱۰ام تا ۱۳ام آذر ۱۴۰۴ به میزبانی دانشگاه تبریز برگزار می‌شود. انجمن علمی انگلیسی دانشگاه کاشان با ارائه‌‌ی عملکرد یک‌ساله‌ی خود موفق شد به عنوان یکی از سه انجمن برتر گروه علوم انسانی به سکوی جشنواره‌ راه یابد.

🔸 براساس معیارهای داوری جشنواره بین‌المللی حرکت، انجمن علمی انگلیسی دانشگاه کاشان در زمره سه انجمن برتر کشور در حوزه علوم انسانی قرار گرفت.

✨ شایان ذکر است که این انجمن سال گذشته نیز، به‌ عنوان یکی از سه انجمن برتر گروه علوم انسانی، به سکوی جشنواره بین‌المللی حرکت راه یافت و مقام دوم (شایسته‌‌ی تقدیر) را از آن خود کرد.

🔹 غرفه‌ی انجمن‌های علمی دانشگاه کاشان‌ نیز در بخش نمایشگاهی جشنواره هجدهم در دانشگاه تبریز برپا خواهد بود.

🌀 Report

From November 8 to 10, the University of Kashan organized the 18th Intramural Festival of Harekat, where the English Students' Association played an active role. This year, the ESA booth, whose design was inspired by Harry Potter novel and film series, drew visitors' attention significantly and created an inviting atmosphere for engagement. Throughout the festival, members of the association were present at the booth, providing explanations and introducing the association's activities to visitors. The association's achievements along with issues of the Hashtag magazine were showcased. Moreover, some interactive games were prepared that encouraged visitors to take part and enjoy themselves.

A number of academic programs were held as well during the festival. On Monday, November 10, an English free discussion on literary adaptation was held, allowing participants to reflect on the differences between storytelling in books and films. Furthermore, a lecture was delivered by Dr. Hamed Habibzadeh on each individual's unique time-space position. He delved into the concept of "speculation", offering new perspectives on narrative, language, and identity. As the festival continued, on Tuesday, November 11, a Book Club session was held. The session centered on "The Gift of the Magi" by O. Henry, where attendees explored the short story's thematic depth and narrative form. Later that day, participants gathered for a selective script-reading of Akbar Radi's "Chocolate Songs", paying attention to the atmosphere, symbolic moments, and structural choices in the play as they went through the text all together.

With a closing ceremony, the festival concluded on November 11. English Students’ Association was chosen as the "Top Association" in the competitive section of the festival for its year-long efforts. In addition, Dr. Zohreh Gharaei, the ESA advisor, was honored as the Outstanding Advisor of the festival.

Overall, the English Students’ Association’s participation in this festival, created an opportunity for students from different majors to get familiar with the association and its activities. The experience strengthened the bond between the students and sparked new motivation for future initiatives, turning this year’s festival into a productive and memorable event.
