📝 On Friday, July 12, 2024 (Tir 22, 1403), a virtual meeting titled "ESA Members Gathering: Reviewing Objectives and Formulating a Roadmap" was organized by the English Students' Association of the University of Kashan.
The session began with Dr. Gharaei, the ESA advisor, who reviewed last year's activities to enhance upcoming plans and discussed the functions and approaches of the association.
Following this, Mr. Esmaeil Bakhshi, the former president of the ESA, elaborated on the objectives of the association, introduced the Harkat Festival, and highlighted the criteria for participation in this festival.
This was followd by Dr. Rafiei's ideas about the integration of interdisciplinary topics into our future plans, and Ms. Taazimifar's ideas regarding the way we can further enrich the content of our magazine, Hashtag. Subsequently, the core and honorary members of the association presented their ideas about the activities for the upcoming year.
Finally, Ms. Maryam Khalili, the new president of the association, summarized the ideas expressed by the attendees and presented some points regarding the summer plans.

📝در تاریخ ۲۲ تیرماه ۱۴۰۳، میزگرد صمیمانه‌ای تحت عنوان «هم‌اندیشی فعالان انجمن علمی انگلیسی: بررسی اهداف و تدوین نقشه‌ی راه» به همت انجمن علمی انگلیسی دانشگاه کاشان در بستر مجازی برگزار شد.
در ابتدا، خانم دکتر قرائی، استاد مشاور انجمن، به بررسی برنامه‌های سال گذشته در جهت ارتقاء برنامه‌های پیش رو پرداختند و نکاتی پیرامون کارکردها و رویکرد‌های انجمن علمی بیان نمودند.
در ادامه، آقای اسماعیل بخشی، دبیر پیشین انجمن، به شرح اهداف انجمن، معرفی جشنواره‌ی حرکت و بیان معیار‌های مورد‌نظر برای شرکت در این جشنواره پرداختند.
سپس، آقای دکتر رفیعی، پیشنهاداتی برای گنجاندن موضوعات میان‌رشته‌ای در برنامه‌های آتی ارائه دادند و خانم تعظیمی‌فر هم ایده‌هایی برای غنی‌تر کردن مجله‌ی هشتگ مطرح نمودند. همچنین، اعضای اصلی و افتخاری انجمن نیز نظرات خود را درباره‌ی فعالیت‌های سال پیش‌ رو ارائه دادند.
در پایان، دبیر جدید انجمن، خانم مریم خلیلی، پس از جمع‌بندی ایده‌ها، به نکاتی راجع به برنامه‌های تابستان انجمن اشاره کردند.

📜The first session of a series of free discussions in English, centered around the theme of friendships and relationships, was held online by Ms. Negar Shazdeh-Ahmadi, a BA student in ELT. The session began with an overview of the topic provided by the host, followed by participant groupings, in-group discussions, and the exchange of opinions between groups. It concluded with the sharing of perspectives and thoughts on the questions prepared by the host. The main goal of this session was to create a friendly and intimate environment for exchanging ideas and enhancing English conversation skills. Additionally, the session aimed to encourage active participation and motivate the use of English language in a friendly and informal setting, ensuring that all participants had the opportunity to share their views.

📝 در یکم مردادماه ۱۴۰۳، اولین جلسه از سری جدید جلسات گفت‌و‌گوی آزاد به زبان انگلیسی با محوریت موضوعی روابط دوستانه و دوستی و میزبانی دانشجوی کارشناسی آموزش زبان انگلیسی، خانم نگار شازده‌احمدی، به صورت بر‌خط برگزار شد. این جلسه با توضیحات کلی میزبان درباره‌ی موضوع شروع شد، با گروه‌بندی شرکت‌کنندگان، تبادل نظر درون‌گروهی و مطرح کردن نظرات با دیگر گروه‌ها ادامه یافت، و با اشتراک دیدگاه و موضع فکری حول پرسش‌های ارائه‌شده توسط میزبان به پایان رسید. هدف اصلی از برگزاری این جلسه ایجاد فضایی دوستانه و صمیمی برای تبادل نظر و تقویت مهارت‌های گفت‌وگو به زبان انگلیسی بود. در این جلسه، سعی بر این بود تا با فعالیت‌های خلاقانه و متنوعی که در نظر گرفته‌ شده‌ بود، محیطی دوستانه و غیررسمی برای تشویق شرکت‌کنندگان به مشارکت فعال و ایجاد انگیزه برای استفاده از زبان انگلیسی ایجاد شود. همچنین، در این جلسه تلاش شد تا حتی‌الامکان فرصت‌هایی برای تبادل نظر همه‌ی شرکت‌کنندگان مهیا شود.
