杨白劳每审理通过过100个Portal申请，将会获得一次给自己的Portal申请“上头条”（在申请队列中提前）的机会，多劳多得，你们这些杨白劳还不感恩戴德的继续干活！

还有，不是所有的杨白劳都可以享受这笔绩效工资，目前仅限一小部分杨白劳享有，至于说什么时候全面推行，那当然是Soon™.
