Summer brings with it hot weather and rising temperatures, which can have a significant impact on our health and well-being. Even if you're just walking outdoors or spending time in the shade, your body is still stressed by the high temperature. That's why it's important to understand how heat affects the body and what measures should be taken to stay healthy.
