✨ Meet our Fourth Trainer for the online Advocacy CB series, Yonas Anbiko.

Yonas is an Ethiopian youth leader in policy and diplomacy, currently serving as Country Secretary of AfCFTA's youth advisory (ICOYACA-Ethiopia). He works with the African Union Border Programme and contributes to Analytica Today as a news reporter and article writer. Yonas previously worked with the Ethiopian National Dialogue Commission and Abrehot Library.

He has been recognized as the Outstanding Orator Awardee at the African Youth Leadership and Diplomatic Conference (AYLDC 2025) and as Best Delegate at AAU's first Model United Nations. Yonas brings proven expertise and a strong voice for youth, governance, and Africa’s future.

Abigail is a recent graduate of Political Science and International Relations from Addis Ababa University.
She was the founding member and President of the PSIR Club AAU, as well as the founding member and Project Manager of UNA-ET AAU Chapter.

Currently, she works with the African Union PAPS, Transitional Justice Division, while also contributing to several other organizations.

With her strong background in leadership and youth engagement, Abigail will be training us on Advocacy Strategies and Campaign.

🌟 We’ve just concluded the 6th session of our Advocacy Capacity Building Series!

This session, led by Abigail Zinabu, focused on Advocacy Strategies and Campaigning.
Together, we explored 7 steps to building practical and successful advocacy and reviewed real-world case studies that brought the concepts to life.

A heartfelt thank you to Abigail for delivering such an impactful session, and to our participants, your questions and contributions made the session even more meaningful.
