Ultra fast Rename bot.
The bot has been completely re-written and updated to the latest dependencies. There will be a wait time of 5 minutes for 2 GB files (10 minutes for 4 GB files, which are not supported at the moment but may be in the future). Purchasing a PRO plan can remove the wait time and will help us support 4 GB files.
Additionally, a new file delivery system has been introduced with the bot. You will need to create a channel and add the bot as an admin in the same channel. All files will be delivered in the channel instead of the bot's PM.

โผ๏ธ Please do not use the unofficial PC client 64gram, as it will result in restriction or ban of your accounts. My main account got restricted, and two accounts were banned due to this. Even after submitting many complaints on spambot, they did not lift the restrictions from my account. Today, I terminated the session from 64gram and submitted a complaint stating that I had used the client, but now the session is terminated and I am using the official client. The restriction was lifted in 20 minutes, which I had been trying to achieve for the last month.
So, please double-check before using unofficial clients, as Telegram is imposing strict antispam limits.

To remain in compliance with Apple guideline 5.1.1 (i), bots and mini apps must provide a Privacy Policy detailing what data they store, how they collect it, and for what purpose.

Telegram for Android and iOS Updated to Version 11.0
The following features have been introduced:
โข Star Reactions for Channels: Channel administrators can now enable Star Reactions, and subscribers can send stars from their balance as reactions to posts. An unlimited number of stars can be used to react to each post from the userโs balance. If the user who made the reactions prefers, they can be publicly listed with others.
โข Paid Channel Subscriptions: Administrators of private channels can create a paid invitation link and set a subscription fee. Any user who wants to subscribe to the channel using this link will need to pay this fee upon subscribing and then continue on paying it monthly to renew their subscription.
โข Choosing the Sender of a Post on the Channel: Channel administrators can now choose under whose name a post will be made. The author selection menu includes the administratorโs personal account, the current channel, and all other public channels owned by the administrator. The new โShow Authorsโ Profilesโ setting in the โAdministratorsโ section allows photos of senders to be displayed to the left of channel posts. The โSign Messagesโ setting, previously located on the channelโs settings, is now available in this section.
โข Displaying Sensitive Content: Android users now have an option to enable sensitive content in โChat Settingsโ. Previously, this option was only available in Telegram Desktop and web clients, in their respective "Privacy" sections.
In addition, bots can now publish paid media, and iOS users can view .pdf, .xls, and .docx documents from the in-app browser.
