🔝 Krashen says language is acquired, ❌ not just learned.

✅ We pick up a language when we 🧑‍🎓understand messages that are just a little above our current 💎level — he calls this➡️ i+1.

💬 When we’re exposed to enough language and communication is meaningful, this i+1 naturally happens.

➡️ Krashen 💪 strongly believes that comprehensible input is the main key to learning a language.

📌 He also makes an interesting point :

🗣speaking doesn’t need to be forced or directly👨‍🏫 taught ✍️.

📣 He even says talking to yourself doesn’t help much!
