We are now recruiting for EEE OCEP '26 Main Committee and Sub Committee! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
For the first time this year, we'll be going to Vientiane, Laos ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Our trip will be held from 30 June to 12 July 2026. We are looking for passionate individuals to be part of our team.

Requirements**:
- Must be either a Singaporean or PR
- Must not have gone on a Youth Expedition Project (YEP) funded trip before
** These requirements are to fulfill YEP guidelines

Tinkering Projects provides funding and tools to students who wish to turn their ideas into reality. ๐Ÿš€

Project Timeline:
The project runs until the end of AY25/26 Sem 2. Selected teams will have to attend update sessions on certain weeks and showcase their work in a final sharing session with professors and fellow tinkerers.

Approved Projects receive the following support:
๐Ÿ’ฐ Funding of up to $200
๐Ÿ—๏ธ Access to Garage facilities and equipment
๐Ÿง  Mentorship from Garage members
๐Ÿ“ฆ Access to loanable items at Garage@EEE

1โƒฃ Biochip Fabrication for Electrical Classification
By Assoc Prof Poenar Daniel Puiu

Key Tasks
Hardware Track:
โ€ข Handle device fabrication and polymer processing
โ€ข Design CAD components and PCB layouts
โ€ข Overcome practical challenges in hardware debugging and fabrication
ML & Modeling Track:
โ€ข Process and analyze measured data to develop equivalent electrical circuit models
โ€ข Perform electrical circuit simulations and model extraction from measurement data

2โƒฃ New Generation Invisible Headphones

โ€ข Identify and integrate DSP ICs, power amplifiers, and ultrasonic transducers
โ€ข Program the DSP IC and design the PCB to incorporate the system
