There are three parts to this campaign!

1️⃣: Get a headstart and potentially be profiled to hiring employers!
If you are interested to be profiled to employers who are actively hiring, do take 1 minute to complete the Graduate Profiling Form with your latest and polished resume by 30th June.

Remember to name your resume as follows: “Full Name_School”. Example: “Jane Tan Ai Ling_EEE”

2️⃣: Take on career missions & earn a Grab voucher (while stocks last)!
Simply:
1) Submit your resume (via Part 1 or already done)
2) Attend a career workshop or a career coaching session
3) Apply for at least 3 jobs
*Once you have completed all 3 by 15th July, do inform NTU CAO by clicking this link.

3️⃣: Secured a job? Tell us and get rewarded!

1. Do you require previous experience as a prerequisite?

No! You are encouraged to apply even if you do not have prior experience. Most of our Subsysteam Leads today started out with little to no experience and gradually built up their expertise. What we require is passion, a commitment to learning and a drive to win!

2. What option should I select if I don’t have any experience?

Please choose the Open To All Subsystems option if you do not have any previous experience or are unsure about the subsystem choices. This will enable us to assign you to the Subsystem most suited to your specific personality and skills.

3. I don’t understand the Subsystems. Is there a description for them?

Yes! Our team has carefully curated a detailed description of each subsystem. These can be found on our Instagram page.

4. I don’t understand the Roles for Chassis. Is there a description for them?

Yes! Our team has carefully curated a detailed description of the roles for each subsystem. These can be found on our Instagram page. Just click on the post with the Subsystem name that you’re looking for.

5. What do I gain from the team?

6. What is the criteria for selection?

We have a holistic selection process. Your personality, previous experience, relevant skills etc are all taken into account. There is no ONE correct personality or answer for selection. So just be honest and truthful to yourself when filling the form and leave the rest to us.

7. When will I get to know if I have been selected?

Candidates will receive their results by the end of August.
