Deal Limit Exception
If a deal exceeds an admin's assigned limit, the admin may handle a deal worth up to 3× their assigned limit only if both the buyer and the seller explicitly agree before the deal begins.
By proceeding, both parties acknowledge and accept the additional risk involved
