(宮本武蔵) Miyamoto Musashi once said; it is better to be a warrior in a Garden than a gardener in a WAR,
because when chaos comes knocking, it doesn't wait for you to be ready. Strength is not just for battle; it is for life for the unexpected for the storms you don't see coming. A warrior in a garden lives with peace but stands prepared, A gardener in a WAR he is nothing but prey. Life will not warn you before it strikes. The storm will not ask if you can swim, the fire will not wait for you to become fireproof. A warrior does not wait for WAR to train, A king does not wait for chaos to lead, and you cannot wait for hardship to build the strength to overcome it. Will you prepare for WAR in times of peace or pray for peace when war finds you.

Sanseiru（三十六 "36 Hands") is an advanced kata
originating from the Naha-te lineage of Okinawan karate. It's characterized by powerful stances, particularly Sanchin Dachi, and focuses on close-range combat and grappling techniques. The kata emphasizes generating power from the core (hara) and utilizing internal strength, evident in its strong breathing and dynamic tension. Sanseiru is influenced by Chinese martial arts, reflecting the historical connections of Naha-te.

Koshi no Kaiten (腰の回転) is a dynamic hip rotational movement in Karate that plays an important role in both offense and defense. It involves fluid movement where the hips adjust—sometimes aligning with the movement of the technique and sometimes countering it. By incorporating both Hanmi (半身) and Gyaku Hanmi (逆半身), practitioners create a clear shift in balance and energy, enabling smooth and powerful transitions between offense and defense.
