Nowadays, more and more individuals are able to access films and games on mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops at the preferred time and location. Despite the possible advantages of greater convenience and entertainment on the go, I believe that health issues and distraction caused by it outweigh the advantages.
On the one hand, due to modern busy lifestyles, having access to films and video games offers comfort anytime and anywhere - during lunch breaks, or while waiting in line. . In addition, mobile access provides a great way to pass the time or relax when people get often bored, for example during travel and downtime. It offers entertainment for people on the way reducing boredom and making long journeys more enjoyable.
On the other hand, despite having aforementioned benefits, easy access to films and video games wherever and whenever possible can lead to overuse. People might spend too much time playing games and watching films which in turn can lead to addiction and the time spent on these activities could have been used for more important tasks. On top of that, there are more serious concerns worth considering. Excessive screen time might actually develop some health issues, poor eyesight, headaches and lack of physical activity and poor posture caused by sitting in front of screens for a long period of time. Not only that, but also mobile entertainment may cause some distractions especially when people are working and studying. Film or game notifications that pop up on the screens of mobile devices can act as a distractor interrupting the process in the middle of an important task.
In conclusion, having access to films and games through mobile devices can be advantageous in terms of flexibility and comfort. However, there are health risks and interruptions that can outweigh any positives.

The maps detail how the town center has changed between 1990 and the present. Overall, the town centre has become more commercial with new shopping options, accessible with changes in roads and pedestrian crossings, and residential with new apartment blocks at the expense of old houses, roads and a bank while the library, park, town hall and childcare centre remained unchanged.
In 1990, to the north of the town there was a newsagent's, a grocerโs, a bakerโs, a butcherโs and a cafe which all have been converted into one large shopping mall today and the bank that was opposite the town hall has been replaced by a cafe. The changes that made the town accessible include the pedestrianization of Smith Street and a pedestrian crossing to the town hall from the eastern and the southern side of the town.
The area also underwent significant developments in terms of housing, with new apartment blocks being introduced to the place previously occupied by old houses in the southern part of the town. In contrast, the childcare center and the bank on the north-east side of the town, as well as the central part containing park, library, and town hall remained in their original position.

Today, it is often debated whether the retirement age should be extended. Despite the advantages in terms of increased workforce and less pressure on pension systems, I believe that the disadvantages of raising the retirement age such as health issues and increased youth unemployment rate outweigh any benefits.
On the one hand, letting older people work longer can be an appealing option as some of the elderly might not be ready to give up their working lives and hope to make a contribution to a workplace through many years of loyal service improving productivity and sharing their experiences with new employees coming up. Instead of recruiting young workers who have less or no experience, many companies prefer to keep their older employees because having new ones properly trained might take a long time. In addition, raising the retirement age could help reduce pressure on pension systems. Pension funds can be strained as people live longer today compared to the previous centuries. Raising the retirement age would mean fewer years of paying pensions which can help governments save money.
On the other hand, despite the aforementioned benefits, there are health concerns worth considering. As people age, several health issues seem to appear which should not be overlooked. Some older employees might struggle with health problems, making it hard or impossible for them to keep working. Likewise, not everyone can work longer because some demanding jobs such as construction and factory work require great physical fitness which could not be found in many older people. Moreover, delayed retirement might take its toll on younger generations. The fewer older people retire, the fewer job openings there are for younger workers trying to enter the market and it might eventually lead to the increase of the youth unemployment rate, especially in countries with fewer jobs available in general.
In conclusion, although there are benefits in raising retirement age in terms of retirees further contribution to the workplace with experience and productivity, I believe that potential health problems and reduced employment opportunities for young workers outweigh any advantages

You'll Never Walk Alone
Gerry & The Pacemakers
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of a storm
There's a golden sky
And a sweet silver song of a lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Or your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on! Walk on! With hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone

The pie charts detail the proportions of three different types of unhealthy substances found in meals consumed in the USA. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that sodium and saturated fat account for the highest proportions in dinner, followed by lunch, while snacks are rich in added sugar. Another noticeable feature is that breakfast has a relatively low amount of all the unhealthy nutrients.
Looking first at breakfast and lunch, the former accounts for similar percentages of each substance, around 16%, while the latter contains 29% of sodium, followed by saturated fats and sugar, 26% and 19% respectively.
The average American consumes 43% of sodium, marginally lower for saturated fat at 37%, and 23% of sugar through dinner. In terms of snacks, sugar has by far the highest proportion at 42%, twice as much as saturated fat, 21%, and drastically lower for sodium (14%).
