⭐️ Fragment Introduces Limits on Star Transfers
Fragment now restricts sending ⭐️ Stars to users when the amount is lower than the recipient’s private message fee.
For example, if a user charges 500 ⭐️ per private message, you can no longer send them 100 ⭐️ or 250 ⭐️ through Fragment.
This change prevents Star transfers below the recipient’s private messaging cost.

A Pepe item was listed for sale by mistake at just 619 💎 instead of 6,190 💎 — and it was instantly purchased. 💀
That simple typo cost the owner 5,571 💎, worth approximately $7,520. 😳
Always double-check before listing! 👀

Pendants Have Been Waiting for Upgrades for 600 Days
It has been exactly 600 days since the Pendants were released, yet their long-awaited upgrades have still not arrived.
The upgrade models are already ready — all that remains is to wait for the upgrades themselves to finally go live. 👀

🚨 MILLIONS OF STARS REFUNDED IN A MASSIVE SCHEME?
A Telegram user has allegedly carried out one of the largest Stars refund schemes overnight.
The user reportedly upgraded their account to Level 80 and began upgrading rare-numbered gifts, including Mirage Lamp #1, seemingly to avoid raising suspicion.
💸 They then spent Stars on gambling-style games, won prizes, and withdrew gifts. After midnight, refund requests for Stars purchases allegedly began, while the prizes obtained through the games reportedly remained in the user's possession.
🎁 Among the withdrawn gifts was even a Plush Pepe!
👀 How long will it take Telegram to address the ongoing Stars refund issue?
