Oltre all'Occidente collettivo, tre civiltà si sono raggruppate in quelle che possono già essere definite civiltà-Stato. Si tratta di Russia, Cina e India. Sono i poli già pronti di un mondo multipolare. Oggi è emerso un triangolo strategico di fondamentale importanza tra Mosca, Pechino e Delhi. Dobbiamo rendere omaggio a Yevgeny Primakov, che ne parlava già negli anni '90, quando era tutt'altro che ovvio. Ora si tratta di dare una descrizione "densa" di queste tre civiltà-Stato, che si sono già dichiarate poli, ma che sono solo al primo stadio di una piena realizzazione di ciò che è e di ciò che ne consegue. La civiltà degli Stati non è solo quella dei rispettivi Stati nazionali. È la Grande Russia, la Russia come Eurasia. È la Cina come Tiansya. Questa è l'India di Akhand Bharat. Sì, sono in fase di formazione, ma fondamentalmente ci sono già. Solo dopo una corretta e approfondita descrizione teorica, il contenuto delle loro relazioni - comprese le differenze e le contraddizioni - diventerà chiaro. Il formato RIC (Russia, India, Cina) ha preceduto i BRICS + ma è sopravvissuto. Potrebbe valere la pena di resuscitarla, perché qui ci sono poli già pronti. Naturalmente, si delineano altri poli: islamico, africano e latinoamericano. Ci sono centri di sovranità civile, ma il livello di integrazione è ancora insufficiente per parlare di un polo. Il BRICS+ riunisce tutte e sei le civiltà non occidentali, ma tra queste le RIC hanno fatto più progressi di altre. La presidenza russa del BRICS+ di quest'anno dimostra che è improbabile che questo progetto vada oltre. Le ragioni sono molteplici, tra cui la scarsa comprensione della filosofia del multipolarismo da parte dei funzionari incaricati del BRICS+. Solo il primo realizza la scala. A partire dal secondo e dal terzo, questa visione si sta dissolvendo, dissipando, ma il formato stesso del BRICS+, che è indubbiamente bello ed epocale, è troppo avanti rispetto al livello di consapevolezza e distrae dalle specificità. È il momento di prestare attenzione al RIC. In primo luogo, è già più concreto, in secondo luogo, stiamo parlando di tre Stati-Civiltà già pronti e, in terzo luogo, ci sono abbastanza problemi e per andare avanti dovremmo risolvere i nodi di contraddizione accumulati. Innanzitutto, per cercare di sciogliere il nodo dei problemi geopolitici transfrontalieri sino-indiani, la cui presenza spinge Nuova Delhi verso l'Occidente, e questo oggettivamente mina il multipolarismo.

Any one among us can be an analyst or synthesist on a given occasion.

But should we?

If a hit piece makes you sound — or actually reveals you to be — boring and fake, well…

Those of us who already went through the initiations, which are now simulated as just the motions and get even more recognition, don’t have a marketable model. That is, of course, actually beautiful — and true. There was no algorithm when we started.

On our side, there are two camps within the coagulating, uneven transition of our times. One is involved in the ontics, one is involved in the ontological. The first thinks that things can be changed by changing things, by editing the discourse, by changing the powers-that-be, by “reconstituting.” They think that the new beginning can be begun tonight as long as you report the news in a different way, reach the mainstream, and get access to those sympathetic in higher places. The second thinks that changing things, discourses, powers, and constitutions changes nothing, or only something in one limited sphere which requires a greater integration — that is, if one needs a lesson which should by now be superficial, the lesson of the dissident ideologies of the 19th-20th centuries which simply carved different lanes in the pool of Modernity. A new media, system, or framework without a fundamental, spiritual, ontological revolution is a play within the same game with increasingly retarded players. When you truthfully understand the spiritual not as something abstract, but as that which concerns your soul, the souls of your loved ones and comrades, and the World Soul, then corralling everyone into “media” is revealed as a tragedy and farce.

The spiritual “crisis” of Guénon, the “ride the tiger” of Evola, the “other beginning” and “mediative thinking” of Heidegger, the “forest passage” of Jünger, the “eschatological gnosis,” “radical subject,” and “Noomakhia” of Dugin, the “eschatological optimism” of Platonova-Dugina, the “dissimilation” and “other myth” of Askr Svarte — that’s our line. This line is not set or readymade, it is not formulated, it is not unambiguous, and does not coincide neatly even with the “best case scenario” of multipolar geopolitics, especially when none of the “geopolitical experts” never read Dugin and were never baptised into Geopolitics, not to mention Sacred Geography…

We are in a transition period, but this transition period is happening within the overall unfolding of the Kali-Yuga. The lines and archetypes of the late 20th and early 21st century are already calling for transformed thinking, men, women, associations, and apperceptions. Nowadays, the greatest threat is not the enemy, but the false emissions of ourselves, i.e., the superficiality of thinking and being which will only ensure that, even in the best case multipolar world, we will still live and die in the same senseless way as under unipolar Modernity, under the same retardation, where the only difference is that the talking heads are your yesterday’s lesser but more marketable colleagues.

We need, as Dugin once wrote, a “Tantric revolution.” We need those who, as Evola once wrote, are ready to "reawaken to a renewed, spiritualised, and austere sense of the world, not as a philosophic concept, but as something which vibrates in our very blood: to the sensation of the world as power, to the situation of the world as rhythm, to the sensation of the world as a sacrificial act."

Además del Occidente colectivo, tres civilizaciones se han agrupado en lo que ya se puede llamar una Civilización de Estado. Se trata de Rusia, China y la India. Éstos son polos ya hechos de un mundo multipolar. Hoy ha surgido un triángulo estratégico fundamentalmente significativo entre Moscú, Beijing y Delhi.

Debemos rendir homenaje a Evgeny Primakov: habló de esto en los años 90, cuando esto estaba lejos de ser obvio. Ahora la tarea es dar una descripción “densa” de estas tres civilizaciones-Estado, que ya se han declarado polos, pero que solo se encuentran en la primera etapa de una comprensión plena de lo que son y de lo que se deriva de ello.

La civilización-Estado no son solo los correspondientes Estados-nación. Esta es la Gran Rusia; Rusia-Eurasia. Esta es China como Tianxia. Esto es Akhand Bharat, la Gran India. Rusia-Eurasia no es la Federación Rusa. Tianxia no es China. Akhand Bharat no es la “mayor democracia del mundo”.

Putin y Xi Jinping son mucho más que presidentes, y Modi es mucho más que un primer ministro. Son gobernantes sagrados, Chakravartins, portadores del Mandato Celestial; los tres Emperadores de la tierra. Sus civilizaciones-Estado están todavía en su etapa embrionaria, pero ya existen en principio.

Solo después de una descripción teórica correcta y profunda quedará claro el contenido de sus relaciones, incluidas las diferencias y contradicciones. El formato RIC (Rusia, India, China) precedió a BRICS+, pero se ha conservado. Quizás valga la pena renovarlo.
