Are they going to allow each "John Doe" to wait and appeal individually while giving a 30-day extension each time?

Also, if John (really Jane) Doe 107 below is allowed to not be mentioned because of alleged "threats of physical harm" over "hate mail" (which is easy to fake) that will be grounds to allow for other appeals and omissions from the terrible people on this list.

^ One more thing... I don't think that John (Jane) Doe 107 is a victim or a witness, which some people are claiming. When she filed her appeal, the letter from her attorney Richard Levitt stated:

"As Doe 107 has previously stated, she lives outside the United States in a culturally conservative country and lives in fear of her name being released."

Why would her being in a "culturally conservative country" be a risk for her if she was a victim or a witness?

I could be wrong here but this is what logic would dictate based on what we know now.
