Sometimes a correctional facility "inadvertently preserved video from outside the wrong cell" while having the most well-known child sex trafficker in the history of the world in their custody.
Sometimes "because of technical errors, a back-up system for the video wasn't working either."

Are they going to allow each "John Doe" to wait and appeal individually while giving a 30-day extension each time?
Also, if John (really Jane) Doe 107 below is allowed to not be mentioned because of alleged "threats of physical harm" over "hate mail" (which is easy to fake) that will be grounds to allow for other appeals and omissions from the terrible people on this list.
