On January 19th, 2021, Trump declassified a binder about Crossfire Hurricane. It is reported to contain damaging information about the “corrupt actors involved with our government”.

Two different DOJ AG’s have defied President Trump’s direct lawful order to publish the binder in the Federal Register.

The DOJ had already made redactions & returned the binder to the WH. But the FBI wanted to hide names. At the last minute, the DOJ demanded the binder comply with the 1974 Privacy Act . The DOJ knew this Act doesn’t apply to the WH.

Hours before Trump left office, Mark Meadows returned the binder to the DOJ, along with this memo. He asked the DOJ to make any Privacy Act redactions “out of an abundance of caution”. He asked for expeditious return if the binder when finished. It’s been 19 months & it’s’ still not released.
