Minnesota Nurse resigns during school board meeting. According to Davis, it was the "District's mandates, regulations, and policies" that were in place throughout the 2020-2021 school year that prompted her to resign. Davis went on to say to the board that "We have failed the children and made them feel like they were the problem because of COVID."

There is power in numbers. I urge all school employees, whether nurses or therapists or teachers or admin, to ban together and present your requests and to the board. Working together you can effect change. There are groups of nurses who are stating their demands to their hospitals in the hospitals are backing down off a 💉 mandate. 

I want all school employees to know that we stand with you. We, the citizens, respect your right to choose for yourself, especially with medical decisions. The community respects your right as a professional to stand up against unethical and non-academic policies and procedures, especially without fear of reprisal.

I urge all school employees, everyone staff and therapists to teachers and admin... band together and present your points to the board. There are groups of nurses around the country doing the same at their hospitals, and the hospitals are backing off the vaccine💉 mandates.
