In January, Dr. Simone Gold and the AFLDS legal team filed an amici curiae brief with the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, in support of the Plaintiffs in Bridges v. The Methodist Hospital.

By submitting an appeal to the Fifth Circuit, the Plaintiffs are asking the appellate court to reverse the decision of the district court - seeking declaratory relief and damages resulting from the Defendants’ COVID-19 “vaccine” mandate.

This pivotal case for medical freedom has the potential to set a precedent for lawsuits across the country and for the countless Americans seeking justice from COVID tyranny.

Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla defended legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers, stating “anyone can create a demand that the accident in a car happened because of a vaccine.”

Meanwhile, tens of thousands of American citizens continue to suffer with no legal recourse because of what Pfizer has done.

Legal immunity must be rescinded. Immediately.

BREAKING: Republicans in Iowa are proposing a bill, House File 712, which bars a vaccine from being distributed, sold or administered in Iowa unless the vaccine manufacturer waives "immunity from suit for an injury arising from a design defect of the vaccine, including the immunity granted by the federal National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act."

This should be the law federally and in every state.
