Every ideal is a judge.

An ideal is something to which you aspire. And the gap between you and that ideal is felt a judgement; this is one of the reasons why many people refuse to have an ideal.

Setting the parameters for success also makes clear the parameters for failure.

Men are eight times more likely than women to commit suicide when going through a divorce.

When a family is going through the court system, the father is eight times more likely to commit suicide than the mother from the frustration and stress associated with the divorce and inability to connect to his children.
