I just updated my list of ingredients for my body wash which I also double as a shampoo, and I corrected the Castile soap by removing Bronner’s “magic” Castille soap that contains toxic citric acid so I will post that next
Here is my recipe for some of these homemade products.
Let me start with body wash in the shower and I also use this doubles as my shampoo.
Below the recipe are the links to the exact products that I use in my mixture.
This is actually quite fun you can empty out some of your commercial shampoo bottles and rinse them well and then use them with their own pumps then you don’t have to buy containers
Dr. Jane’s Body Wash
1/2 c honey: Any Raw honey will do, just make sure it’s very liquidy

Mix well & put in pump bottle. Once it’s sealed tight with the pump screwed down, sometimes I just shake it really well and it may separate from day-to-day in the shower, just shake it up a little bit before you pump it on your sponge or washcloth
