First I want to share with you one of my biggest natural food accomplishments all thanks to Frances Tutt one of our channel members, and someone I considered to be a mentor in a role model for everything I’ve done here. She has been so kind and sharing her information with me and on the channel and has sent me some seeds and I’m gonna show you what I’ve been able to do with them thanks to her.
First she sent me a ginger bug and taught me how to make more of it and so I’ve been experimenting with that the last few months and I made my first hibiscus tea soda. The beauty is that the process eats up the sugar and just makes you a nice carbonated soda without chemicals or refined sugar and very little sugar.

One of the things I’ve learned is that there are usually a number of different ways to do things so I’m gonna share what I do, you can do your own experimenting or look up other people’s recipes, it’s all good
I start with hibiscus tea
I’m not a fan of boiling something so I put 2 tablespoon in a mason jar with fresh clean water and I let it sit in the sun for about six hours, I just like the idea of the sons energy and light going into the tea.
It makes a pretty strong batch so I divide it into 2 quart mason jars and dilute with freshwater and I add a tablespoon raw agave or you can use raw honey
Hibiscus Soda
I take a third of a cup of my ginger bug liquid and add it to one of those mason jars and let it sit on the counter for several days, when you see the bubbles on the top you’ve got a probiotic healthy drink, then I refrigerate it and drink it within a couple of days
