It’s related to the fifth cranial nerve that comes down through the jaw. It was basically self limiting and like any nerve injury, it took about 12 weeks to resolve.

In the allopathic system they gave me B12 injections but I think it was really time. I can’t comment on your friend because I don’t know what the presentation of the present illness is, and I’m not here to assess it.

Hey everyone I have something warm and fuzzy to share with all of you

Sometimes it’s important to share the joys and the good stuff in life as well as all of the truth that I bring to you all.

This is a rather come full circle type of story. Our friend and fellow channel member, Frances Tutt
send me some seedlings, also some baggies with seeds and a ginger bug starter.

One of the things she has sent me a couple of times is the Malabar spinach cuttings and amazingly they make it in the mail and I’m able to just stick them in the dirt which is about my level of farming expertise

And thanks to the miracle of God’s earth and what He created, I have managed to grow a decent amount of the Malabar spinach as well as the Brazilian spinach that’s the smaller curly leaf

Tonight I harvested a bowl’s worth, sautéed it and it was unbelievably delicious so I’m going to share some photos and a quick video from tonight

Here is the lightly sautéed and sizzling Malabar spinach, it’s too bad you can’t smell the aroma of this picked off the vine very creamy luscious spinach

I stumbled upon this recreation of the vintage ice maker that many of us grew up with in the 50s and 60s.

My grandmother and mother used them and it brought back a lot of memories!

And I think it’s really special because it is inspired by a 1933 classic, of the original McCord tray, this one was called the Captain cranberry metal ice cube tray, it is food grade stainless steel, with that classic lever that pops the ice cubes free, no plastic or silicone bleaching. Personally I would not put it in a dishwasher

I’m using it to make hibiscus tea cubes - which I brew outside in the sun and then chill, but I’m freezing them where I will put them into sparkling water or Prosecco or something like that at a later time. I had made too much of it and I didn’t want to throw it out.

I am given to repurposing everything these days and avoid avoiding throwing anything out
