Well I’m flattered that many of you want my recipe for some of these homemade products.
Let me start with body wash in the shower and I also use this doubles as my shampoo.

This is actually quite fun you can empty out some of your commercial shampoo bottles and rinse them well and then use them with their own pumps then you don’t have to buy containers
Dr. Jane’s Body Wash
1/2 c honey: Any Raw honey will do, just make sure it’s very liquidy
1/4 c jojoba oil: https://amzn.to/4wOshNG

1/4 c pure Castile soap: https://amzn.to/3Pj5RmY
1.5 T vegetable glycerin: https://amzn.to/4dN18Sx
20 gtts Frankencense oil: https://amzn.to/3RG12ok
Mix well & put in pump bottle. Once it’s sealed tight with the pump screwed down, sometimes I just shake it really well and it may separate from day-to-day in the shower, just shake it up a little bit before you pump it on your sponge or washcloth

For those interested, I find that the honey is not sticky, it is very water soluble, it actually leaves my skin super soft.
Full Body Moisturizer
For a body moisturizer I wouldn’t go near commercial products anymore with all of their chemical chemicals and alcohol which is an industrial grade
While you’re thinking about this and maybe collecting your ingredients, get extra castor oil, jojoba oil, and frankincense oil because I put together those in a separate pump bottle and use it after a shower to moisturize
Luxury for pennies and so healthy for you
