I’m blown away and still going through everything, the first thing I did was call John Richardson, the son of Dr. John Richardson of course and he was delighted and a little blown away too. There was no note with the books that I could find so I apologize if I missed it or it got lost but what a treasure!

I’m also right in the middle of a three day water fast, it is supervised by a professional.

It hasn’t been too difficult because it is properly done and I already feel a big difference with incredible reduction of inflammation, clearer thinking, and I feel lighter in weight which is wonderful after the Christmas holiday lol
