I purchased a horseradish from the grocery store organic section. It started producing shoots, so I placed it in a bowl with water, and the roots and shoots kept growing. I finally got to propagating it, so I gently pulled the shoots off. It's similar to slips on a sweet potato. I planted them well spaced. Let's see what happens.
