By definition a podcast is an audio only presentation but the word has become so common place to refer to both as an audio only or a video show.

Audio podcasts are downloadable which means you can take them with you and listen to them in the car or other places when you don't have the ability to sit down and watch a video

This guy is not well, something is very off

For some reason out of the blue, telegram is not allowing me to post anything by pasting

Is anyone else having that problem in general not just in my channel but in others?

When I go to paste it goes to Black and kicks me out of telegram completely

New York City area is under flash flood warning. Here are some great ideas for preparing but don't wait until you're in a situation with a flood warning. These are the kinds of things you should be prepping

1. Charge all your devices

2. Elevate boilers, water heaters, and electric panels above base flood elevation.

3. Store valuables upstairs or in waterproof containers.

4. Use sandbags or flood barriers at entry points (especially basement doors and garage).

5. Unplug and Elevate - Unplug electronics, move them up high.

6. Go Up, Not Out - If water rises, go to the highest level of your home — not the basement.

7. Emergency Kit - Flashlights, batteries, food, water, meds, documents, power banks.

8. Pay attention to evacuation zones

Know the location, ahead of time, of your local shelters if needed — they accept pets.

Several months later he sued Dr. Peter Breggin, his wife Virginia Breggin and me each for $25 million in a bogus defamation lawsuit which was dismissed by a federal judge in December 2023

It's the same messaging Word for Word so it's obviously an operation

Those of you who are receiving these messages, if you could screenshot the username which is whatever comes after the @ symbol

I would be able to keep them from entering the chat to approach you. Just like the imposters
