I am going to agree with @GenFlynn on this one and I'll tell you why.
In 2019 I had the opportunity to go on a 16 day border security fact-finding mission in Israel with American and Israeli military experts.
In fact we spent a day at an Israel/Gaza border crossing in southern Israel with briefings.
There is NO WAY Israeli defense forces missed this Gaza attack - for SEVEN hours. The IDF is not incompetent.
So to General Flynn's question, who gave the stand down order?
