Introducing the DOP Token Fork Initiative
Over the past year we’ve delivered on technology, but our day-one tokenomics have held the ecosystem back.

To correct that and align every holder with long-term growth, we’re proposing a one-time migration to DOP-v2—a new token with market-linked vesting, stronger price support, and clearer governance. The plan is now ready for community review and will proceed only with DAO approval.

Key points
- Fixed migration window: 1 Jun – 31 Jul 2025. Burn old DOP ➞ receive DOP-v2 within this period.

- Performance unlocks: every $0.04 rise in 10-day TWAP unlocks 0.5 % (no unlocks below $0.04) during the first 18 m after 1 Aug.

- 18-month checkpoint: if TWAP ≥ $0.12, remainder unlocks over 6 m; else adaptive logic can run to month 36, then final 12-m linear release.

- Liquidity support: Inital liquidity will be provided at $0.06 throughout August 2025.

- Team burn: 30% of team tokens burned; DAO may restore after 18 months.

- Dynamic inflation: 1% – 5% monthly, scaling down as market-cap rises.

- Product roll-out: Selective Transparency launches during migration; other products TBA.


Staking transition --IMPORTANT--
On 29 Apr 2025 we will disable new staking and restaking.

Existing stakes remain, and rewards continue to accrue, but remember there is a 7-day delay to unstake tokens and a 90-day delay to redeem rewards. To ensure your tokens are free to migrate before the 31 Jul cutoff, submit an unstake request no later than 24 Jul 2025. Tokens or rewards still locked in the staking contract after 31 Jul cannot migrate unless the DAO later approves a secondary bridge.

1. Listening first, voting second.
Today’s call with our Japanese community leaders surfaced an additional offer worth reviewing. To give them—and everyone else—time to polish proposals, we’re pushing the Snapshot vote back 10–14 days.
New target window: mid May (exact date TBA).

2. Unstake in time to vote.
Snapshot counts only wallet balances, not staked ones. If you’re still in the pool, hit UNSTAKE by 8 May 10:00 UTC so your tokens clear the 7‑day cool‑down before the new vote window opens.

3. Selective Transparency shouldn’t sit on the shelf.
The feature has been audit‑ready for a month. With the fork vote moving, we may launch Selective Transparency sooner instead of waiting—stay tuned for a firm date.
