We’re excited to unveil our new XP & Leaderboard Program, rewarding community engagement and activity! Here’s how it all works:

🌟 Earn XP:

Engage in various activities, including daily chats, quizzes, scavenger hunts, riddles, and more to earn XP and climb the leaderboard! You can also gain XP by engaging in the conversation -

DOP-Related Activities:

- Quiz: Earn 200 XP for each correct answer if you're in the top 20 participants. A quiz will take place every Friday on Discord 2pm UTC.

- Scavenger Word Hunt: The first 5 to answer correctly win 500 XP.

- Riddles: Solve the riddle, and the first 5 winners get 500 XP.

- Rumbled Words: Unscramble words and get 500 XP if you're among the first 5.

- Gartic: Guess the image and win 1,000 XP if you’re in the top 3.

- Trivia Game: Answer trivia questions; the top 5 winners earn 1,000 XP.

- Guess the Number: Each correct guess earns 1,000 XP.

🏅 Climb the Leaderboard:

Your accumulated XP will place you on the monthly leaderboard. Compete with other members, and the top 10 participants will share 250,000 $DOP tokens at the end of each month!

📜 Special Roles:

Participating in the XP system can unlock exclusive roles within the DOP community, with each role offering specific benefits:

DOP Citizen:
- For early Discord members.
- Bonus: Start with an extra 300 XP.

DOP Adventurer:
- All verified members after DOP Citizen.
- Bonus: No extra starting XP, but access to activities and events.

Server Booster:
- Members who boost the server.
- Bonus: Earn an additional 500 XP and access to exclusive channels.

Builders:
- Obtain the role by selecting it in the #select-roles channel.
- Bonus: Receive 300 XP and access the Builder Hub category, with channels for announcements and discussions.

Developer:
- Verify your GitHub account and connect to Discord to get this role.
- Bonus: Receive 1,000 XP and access to the Builder Hub.

DOP Graduate:
- Earn this prestigious role by ranking in the top 20 on the weekly quiz leaderboard four times.
- Bonus: Receive an additional 2,000 XP.

In the latest AMA, Avidan Abitbol, DOP’s Project Director, shared important updates. Here are the key points:

DOP’s groundbreaking feature of selective transparency lets users control what data is visible on-chain, ensuring privacy for industries like finance, healthcare, and NFTs.

“We’re offering a level of control that no other blockchain project delivers. Selective Transparency is huge for privacy-focused use cases,” Avidan said.

This feature will give businesses the ability to manage sensitive data while benefiting from blockchain’s transparency.

DOP’s collaboration with DMC (Decentralized Music Chain) will power NFT ticketing for festivals and music concerts, where Selective Transparency ensures secure transactions without exposing private details.

“Our partnership with DMC showcases how our tech enhances privacy while embracing blockchain,” Avidan said.

More partnerships are on the horizon after engaging with companies at TOKEN2049 and Korean Blockchain Week.

DOP’s ongoing partnership with Hacken reinforces the platform’s security. With regular audits and a Bug Bounty Program, DOP stays ahead of threats. The project earned the Hacken Security Award for 2024.

Varmeta brings end-to-end services, from consultation to implementation, and their proposal has been selected through the DOP Grants Program for community voting.

The DOP Grants Program empowers creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators to achieve true ownership and control of their personal data. After thorough evaluation and feasibility checks, we are ready to move forward—if the proposal passes the community vote.

Funding for the implementation will come from the program’s allocation in $DOP tokens.

This proposal aims to establish the DOP NFT Marketplace, a secure and privacy-focused platform powered by the DOP protocol. Now, it’s up to you to decide if we should move forward with this exciting project. 🏛️✨
