Its up to you to improve yourself as an individual, your team, and overall your community. When mayhem happens, communications are key to coordinating a plan of attack or survival. When motivation dies let discipline take its place.

A Sapper in these current times is code for a Sub-T operator, not only do you have to be competent tactically but also as an engineer which involves the use of implements and tools for certain jobs that may add to your overall equipment loadout. The fitness requirements are way different when the two are stacked.

The top 4 skillsets for rappelling in general and even more so as a specialized operator are:

-Pull force
-Grip force
-Grip endurance
-Hang endurance

This is why we go so hard on the pullups because it covers all these skillsets.
