Houses and cars go underwater as floods hit Lismore, Australia

Homes and streets in the town of Lismore, in northern New South Wales, were flooded as heavy rains continue.

A few weeks ago, Lismore was affected by the torrential rain that hit the northern part of Australia.

On Tuesday, authorities ordered another evacuation of the town of Lismore. According to the State Emergency Service, about 27,000 people were affected by several evacuation orders, while a 55-year-old woman is believed to be missing in the south of the town.
