JUST IN - 6th U.S. Court of Appeals reinstates Biden's nationwide vaccine-or-testing #COVID19 mandate for large businesses.

"Recognizing that the 'old normal' is not going to return, employers and employees have sought new models," the court ruling says.

The 2 judges ruling to reinstate the mandate were appointed by Bush 43 and Obama. The lone judge to dissent was nominated by Trump in 2017.
