This is what attempted murder looks like, "Palestinian" Arab style.
Moments ago in Huwarra this car with Jews in it was attacked by Arabs who threw a rock at it while it drove past. No injuries thankfully.

Tonight & tomorrow is the 4th memorial day for our friend, teacher, warrior & hero Ari Fuld who was murdered by a terrorist.
Before Ari passed on, he used his last bit of life left in him to fulfill possibly one of the hardest Torah mitzot that there is. The commandment of "Do not stand idly by the blood of your neighbor" which means that if someone's life is in danger of death, you are commanded to save them. After being mortally stabbed from behind, he did whatever he could to make sure the terrorist didn't harm anyone around him, in fact he saved a woman's life in the process. He not only lived up to the mitzvah but also to his own words (first pic). It is not easy to do what he did, in fact most people wouldn't have reacted the way that he did considering how serious his injury was.
In honour of his memory I bought a shiur in his name at our synagogue which will be given tomorrow.

Another "only in Israel" moment and one that I love every year.
All over the streets and pavements of Israel today until next Sunday, you will see palm branches that have been cut down, all for the residents to freely take in order to put on their sukkah for the festival of Sukkot. The timing is also 100% accurate because the entire palm tree grows back all of it's branches in time for the next year at the same time. Hashem gives us all we need every year.
After collecting at least 30 palm branches I went to pick up my sukkah from storage in order to start building it the evening after the fast of Yom Kippur.
And to think that Jews have been doing this for 3000 years unbroken and unchanged, just with different customs over time. Chag sameach, chatima tova!
